IHU Strasbourg has been the first center outside of the USA officially approved by SAGES (Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons) for both FLS – Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery and FES – Fundamentals of Endoscopic Surgery.
Objectives
Both FLS and FES programs include two components : Education, through a web-based didactic presentation, and Assessment, composed of a multiple-choice question exam and a performance-based manual skills assessment.
