Image-Guided Therapies (IGT)

The IGT program covers the entire spectrum of surgical and percutaneous therapies in the digestive field. The curriculum is designed for radiologists and surgeons to acquire the principles and advanced techniques of abdominal interventions in adults. Training is provided by internationally renowned experts. Courses, either academic (DU and Master) or continuing medical education, combine online theory, hands-on practice on simulators and models, and clinical experience. Hands-on practice takes place on IHU’s experimental platform The IHU’s experimental platform equipped with state-of-the-art medical imaging equipment.

To complete the hybrid and onsite training courses already offered in the field of Image-Guided Therapies, IHU Strasbourg is organizing series of webinars. Selected topics range from basic imaging principles to advanced concepts related to the successful and safe implementation of image-guided surgery. Hosted by expert surgeons and radiologists, these webinars are also open to engineers and researchers wishing to broaden their knowledge of image-guided medical and surgical techniques.

Webinars cover essential topics related to image-guided therapies. The focus is placed on new technologies and their role in the near future.
